Technothlon|IIT GUWAHATI organizes technothlon|TECHNOTHLON EXAM RESULT

Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT) Guwahati on
Sunday organized the 2011
edition of Technothlon, an
examination based on logic,
analytical abilities and presence
of mind at different schools
across the country.
The examination which gives a
taste of competitive
examinations like IIT-JEE was
taken by 1700 students. The
second stage of Technothlon,
which is held in Prelims and
Mains stages, will be held during
September 1 to 4.
After the prelims, the top 250
teams will be shortlisted from
each squad. All students from
teams which secure a 51 to 250
rank is given a silver certificate
from IIT Guwahati. Students from
the top 50 teams from each
squad will be given gold
certificates and invited to IIT
Guwahati.
During the Mains, the students
will participate in events namely
Prototype, Robotics, Scotland
Yard, Final Showdown. The
students will also be given the
opportunity to witness the
acclaimed lectures, attend
workshops, visit laboratories and
interact with IITians.
