he Aligarh Muslim University offers a full-time program leading to the award of M.Phil/PhD. degree in various disciplines in the Faculties / Interdisciplinary Biotechnology Unit of the University, Admission to M.Phil./PhD. program is made normally once a year as per the admission policy approved by the Academic Council and selection of candidates in M.Phil. / Ph.D. program will be made through an Admission Test to be conducted by the University followed by an Interview of those who qualify the Admission Test.

The candidate should fill the Online Application Form latest by 05.01.2012 available on the Controller’s Office website www.amucontrollerexams.com and the generated PDF copy of the Application Form should be submitted in the Office of the Chairmen / Coordinator / Director of the concerned Department/ Centre/ Unit of the candidate’s first choice/preference as indicated in his / her Application Form, along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer , AMU, Aligarh, payable at Aligarh or Cash Receipt of an equivalent amount from AMU Cash Counter (Non refundable).

The Generated PDF copy of the Application Form must reach the concerned Office on or before 12.01.2012 till 5:00 p.m. and in no case (including Postal delay) the duly filled in Application Form will be accepted beyond the last date.
