The organisation runs under the guidelines and policies of the Board of Director having Directors nominated by the State Govt. under the chairmanship of the Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar.
Managing Director is the executive head of the organisation and works under the overall superintendence and guidance of the Board. With a view to provide quick services to the entrepreneur the whole organisation has been decentralized in four Regional Areas.

Chief Administrative Officer
Total Post : 01 Gen
45000 per month Or Pay protection in case of serving officer and last pay drawn minus pension in case of retired officer.
Serving Bihar Administrative Officer of the rank of ADM and above on deputation. Or Retired IAS officer or retired BAS officer having the rank of ADM or above at the time of retirement, on contract basis.
