Written Exams (Tier I – April 14, 21) & (Tier II – July 20, 21)

Age Limit FOR SSC CGL Exam 2013 Notification Details,Apply Online|SSC CGL Exam 2013 – Staff Selection Commission Recruitment 2013 :

With the implementation of New Pattern of SSC CGL, many of the candidates benefited in Age. New cutoff Age for Eligibility will be counted as on 01-01-2013. Age criteria will be different for different posts.

Assistant / Sub Inspector in CBI : 20-27 Years

Statistical Investigator Grade II : Below 26 Years

For all Other Posts : 18-27 Years



Gr. B: Assistants (in Ministry of Railway, External affairs, Intelligence bureau, Central Vigilance Commission, Central Secretariat Service,Dept of revenue,Enforcement directorate)

- Inspector (Income tax, Excise dept. & Central bureau of narcotics)

- Sub inspectors at CBI, Divisional accountant at offices under CAG

- Statistical investigator.



Gr. C posts comprise of Auditor, Accountant, Upper division clerk, Tax assistant, Compiler etc., with payscale of Rs.5200 – 20200

Education qualification for the SSC CGL 2013 are kept as below :

For Compiler: A Bachelor Degree with Economics, Mathematics OR Statistics as an elective Subject.

For Statistical Investigator: A Degree with Statistics as an Elective Subject

Application Fees FOR SSC CGL Exam 2013 Notification Details,Apply Online|SSC CGL Exam 2013 – Staff Selection Commission Recruitment 2013 :

An Application fee of Rs 100/- will have to be paid either through Offline Mode OR Online Mode.

Application applying through Offline Mode : Need to Pay Fees via Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)

Applying through Online Mode : Either pay online through SBI Internet Banking or by Depositing the Challan form at SBI branches

Note: There is no fees for Female Candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman and Physically Challenged

Mode of Application: There are two modes viz. Online & Offline for Submitting the Applications for SSC CGL Exam, 2013.
