Job Description:

1. Engage in Initial Production release (IPR) through on-going Engineering Change release for current and future models.Facilitate Change control meetings for on-going engineering changes (through concerns). Authorize “concerns” based on outcome of discussions in Change Control meetings.
   2.Analyse and interpret engineering directions/program direction letters to assure accurate processing of data into WERS.
   3.Liaise with Engineering and check the accuracy of data before releasing.· Utilize Colour charts to create and apply correct colour suffixes to in-white parts (unpainted parts)
   4.Perform Pre-WERS release audits for new model BOM’s using AVBOM/ other audit tools. (Advanced Vehicle Bill Of Material – AVBOM)
   5.Maintain 100% BOM accuracy in support of both prototype and production builds
   Coordinate with Purchasing / Engineering / Manufacturing for accurate releasing & structuring of bailment / cross plant ship parts.
   6.Analyse & decide on appropriate audit tools/processes for each vehicle lines for plant fit & bailment parts to ensure robust BOM.
   7.Support PPM launch activities for allocated new programs in coordination with members from all PPM work streams.
